新买的机器.出现过好几次蓝屏,都是在开机时出现的.键盘和鼠标都没用,只能直接关机.屏幕上出现一串英文字母::a promble has been detected and windows has benn shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
if this is the first time you've seem this stop error screen.restart your computer.if this screen appears again,follow these steps: check to be sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. if this is a new installtion, ask your hardware manufacture for any wandows updates you might need.
if problem continue ,disable or remove any newly installde hardware or software .disable BIOS memory options.such as caching or shadoeing
If you need to ues saft mode to remove or disable components,restart you computer .press F8 to select adranced startup optinons and then select saft mode
